Using whichever Side B that has a curve that better suits your face, stroke along the lines shown with the arrows in the illustration.

Stroke down along the sides of your neck
Stroke up from the sides of your mouth to your temples
Stroke up along the forehead

Perform each motion three times, on the right and left sides. Be careful not to rub on the skin too hard when stroking.

Holding the massage plate so that Side D comes to the forehead, use the curve on Side C to press along the eyebrows, applying pressure from the center outwards. Then, apply pressure on the temples using the round edge on Side D.

Using the curve on Side C, stroke along the jawline, from the center outwards. Using the round edge on Side D, apply pressure on the neck behind the earlobes and on the hollows of the collarbones.
